Had a great experience recovering from a sports injury here. Bala (Physiotherapist) explained every treatment step clearly, which made a big difference in trusting the process. Ramy (osteopath) quickly spotted issues and worked on correcting them.
As someone who plays sports regularly, the treatment felt tailored to how athletes recover, not just generic care. In just a couple of weeks, I was back to normal, way faster than I expected.
Aaryan was also great, flexible with scheduling and always checked in on how I was doing. The whole place felt less clinical and more like people who genuinely cared.
Highly recommend, especially if you’re an athlete looking to get back in the game quickly.

If you’re dealing with back pain, I highly recommend seeing Ramy. From the moment I arrived, he was punctual, professional, and made me feel comfortable. He really took the time to understand what was going on, explained everything in a way that made sense, and put together a treatment plan tailored to my needs.
What impressed me most was that I actually noticed a difference after just one session. My back already feels better, and I can tell we’re addressing the root cause rather than just masking the pain. It’s clear that Ramy genuinely cares about helping his patients get lasting results. I’m looking forward to continuing treatment and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable osteopath.

The lead Physiotherapist Bala and his team are highly skilled and dedicated to cure their every patient.
I have had several sessions with them.
The first one was about my back pain.
They listened closely to my complaints/experiences and asked insightful questions to understand the root cause of my symptoms.
They iteratively applied their cure to my back pain and finally before 2 years and I was healed
and I became much better and never needed to go back for same issue.
Nowadays, I am attending for my wrist problems and for last 2 months. I am getting better after each session and almost my treatment is done.
They are the real deal: caring, competent and knowledgeable.
I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback.
My law office is close to Dr Bala’s practice. I have been religiously receiving treatment for my injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident 4 years ago. One of my best decisions was to seek professional help to get my body back in a more functional order. I enter the clinic with aches, stemming from my lower spin, mid and upper spin. These make my ability to work and function very difficult. Bala created a personalised plan for my recovery. He has been supportive along every step of my journey. I highly recommend his services to those in a circumstance like mine. This doctor makes time to treat me at my Convinience. There were instances where I was late to an appointment due to my own fault and he still manages to treat me with care and patience.

I have visited Vcare Physio and Rehab many times and the experience was top quality in terms of attending the patient, listening to the issues and providing right solution. They also do a follow up calls to make sure the patient is performing the exercises if asked to do and to get the status of the patient’s health condition. I do suggest this place for any physio and chiro treatements.

10/10 service! Staff were friendly and respectful.
From my first interaction, it was clear that Bala is a true professional in every sense of the word. He strives to understand the events that led to the pain and adjusts his treatment accordingly. He takes the time to explain the science behind what he is doing. He showed me great exercises that I can do on my own to appease the Knee/shoulder pain. After every session, he checked up on me via text which goes to show how much he cares for his patients. Bala is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly adept at his profession. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
