I can’t recommend this clinic enough. My physio did an incredible job helping my shoulder get back to feeling completely normal again. The treatment plan was clear, effective, and tailored exactly to what I needed.
The chiropractor is also outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain everything and genuinely care about your recovery. You can tell they have a wealth of experience.

All the staff here are extremely friendly and do a great job, they take their time to help their patients. Bala especially is very knowledgeable, and helped me see progress with my rehab.
I went to many places for physiotherapy but I didn’t feel any difference. When I came to Bala for physiotherapy, he solved my problem in three sessions. He is quite an expert and has 25 years of experience.
My five day session was very good. I feel much better in my knee pain. I was bending and walking now I walk straight.

I started going to Care Physio and Rehab in Woodbridge for back pain. Being treated by staff, specifically Balamurali, I feel much better. Showed me stretches and exercises to do twice per day. Staff are all very nice, friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Staff are always pleasant I did experience a situation where the physiotherapist turnover was rapid and the transfer of information on patients seemed haphazard. I discontinued treatments at that time as I was tired of repeating my history. Hopefully the staff situation is more stable now.

I have had several sessions with them.
The first one was about my back pain.
They listened closely to my complaints/experiences and asked insightful questions to understand the root cause of my symptoms.
They iteratively applied their cure to my back pain and finally before 2 years and I was healed
and I became much better and never needed to go back for same issue.
Nowadays, I am attending for my wrist problems and for last 2 months. I am getting better after each session and almost my treatment is done.
They are the real deal: caring, competent and knowledgeable.

My law office is close to Dr Bala’s practice. I have been religiously receiving treatment for my injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident 4 years ago. I have been to Vcare Physio & Rehab many a times to treat my sport’s related injuries. They clearly explain me what lead to the injury. Their treatment is professional, do regular follow ups and ensure I am back on field to play again.

They took the time to understand, assess, diagnose and treat my areas of concern. My 1:1 treatments lets me to ask questions and the team is extremely knowledgeable. They also provide exercise tips I can follow through with at home for optimal results. After my visit, I feel like a new person.

He takes the time to explain the science behind what he is doing. He showed me great exercises that I can do on my own to appease the Knee/shoulder pain. After every session, he checked up on me via text which goes to show how much he cares for his patients. Bala is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly adept at his profession.
