Very soothing massage and very thorough by Therapist Tim.
I have been seeing Bala (physiotherapist) for quite some time. Recently, I also started seeing Monica (chiropractor).
They take the time to understand my concerns, explain everything clearly, and tailor a treatment plan that is actually making a difference.
Both are not only incredibly knowledgeable in their fields, but also genuinely caring, patient, and professional. Thanks to their combined care, I’ve seen real improvement, and I feel more empowered to maintain my health long-term.

I started going to Care Physio and Rehab in Woodbridge for back pain. Being treated by staff, specifically Balamurali, I feel much better. Showed me stretches and exercises to do twice per day. Staff are all very nice, friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Staff are always pleasant I did experience a situation where the physiotherapist turnover was rapid and the transfer of information on patients seemed haphazard. I discontinued treatments at that time as I was tired of repeating my history. Hopefully the staff situation is more stable now.

I have had several sessions with them.
The first one was about my back pain.
They listened closely to my complaints/experiences and asked insightful questions to understand the root cause of my symptoms.
They iteratively applied their cure to my back pain and finally before 2 years and I was healed
and I became much better and never needed to go back for same issue.
Nowadays, I am attending for my wrist problems and for last 2 months. I am getting better after each session and almost my treatment is done.
They are the real deal: caring, competent and knowledgeable.

My law office is close to Dr Bala’s practice. I have been religiously receiving treatment for my injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident 4 years ago. One of my best decisions was to seek professional help to get my body back in a more functional order. I enter the clinic with aches, stemming from my lower spin, mid and upper spin. These make my ability to work and function very difficult. Bala created a personalised plan for my recovery. He has been supportive along every step of my journey. I highly recommend his services to those in a circumstance like mine. This doctor makes time to treat me at my Convinience. There were instances where I was late to an appointment due to my own fault and he still manages to treat me with care and patience.

I have visited Vcare Physio and Rehab many times and the experience was top quality in terms of attending the patient, listening to the issues and providing right solution.
